Kelsey Croft
LAWYER

“I appreciate that one’s work is foundational to their sense of self and aim to guide clients through their issues by giving practical, compassionate advice.

I have expertise in assisting workers with all aspects of WorkSafeBC claims, and experience in representing clients through wrongful dismissals.  If you have been injured at work or have lost your job, I may be able to help.

I have appeared before all levels of court in BC, as well as the Employment Standards Branch, Social Security Tribunal and Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal.  I have represented employers, insurance companies, and lending institutions as well as regular people, so I have insight into how decisions are made as well as how they affect individuals.

I am from Tsawwassen, BC, and remain connected to the community through friends and family.  Where I come from is important to me. I attended law school at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where I spent a semester representing clients at Dalhousie Legal Aid Service.  Before that, I graduated from the University of British Columbia with an Honours degree in Political Science and Spanish.

Outside of work, I love to read books about history, watch football, and keep up with pop culture.
