Our representation has spanned a wide range of matters such as certification applications, strike and lockout complaints, picketing applications, unfair labour practice complaints, fair representation complaints, successorship and common employer applications, etc.

We’ve also advised our clients on issues arising from labour relations legislation, such as those regarding collective bargaining, labour disputes, and picketing rights.
