I have been working in the legal industry for over 20 years. I am fortunate to be able to experience a variety of jobs in the legal field from accounting, payroll and HR. My responsibilities include managing HHBG’s day-to-day operations and human resources. I also lead and support HHBG’s initiatives to enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, trust, and respect that will contribute to a high-performance culture across the organization.
I graduated from the University of the City of Manila in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I am a subject matter expert of the Canadian Payroll Association, now called the National Payroll Institute, and served as an active Vancouver Branch Member for 5 years. I am also a member of the British Columbia Legal Management Association.
I have been volunteering in my parish for over 7 years as a catechist teacher. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, read, listen to my favourite bands, travel, and meet up with my friends for lunch, coffee, or some afternoon tea.
